Video Conferencing Room
We can make or receive calls from any IP based Video Conferencing System, anywhere in the World.
The following rates apply for IP Video calls and include the hiring of the room from our West London based office:
- £80 per hour between office hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm*
- £120 per hour – outside office hours*
(Mon-Fri: 7am - 9am & 5pm - 7pm)
*subject to:
- Minimum hire period of 1hr – office hours
- Minimum hire period of 1.5hr – outside office hours
- A cancellation fee, equivalent to the minimum hire period, applies to all cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the agreed time and date.
- Maximum of 3 persons attending our London office, during a conference call.
- Rates charged at 30 minutes increments.
- Rates are exclusive of VAT.
